No pressure
There’s nothing worse than an overbearing salesperson, who won’t leave you alone and will do whatever they can to secure your signature. We don’t employ those sorts of people. Our salespeople will very much stand back and let you make your own decisions and only give you the facts, rather than any fibs. It’s your house and no-one knows better than you what’s best for it and your family.
No hidden costs
The quote you are given after a design appointment covers everything to do with the project. James Oliver will not spring any surprises on you at the end of the project and ask for extra money – that would be unjust and unfair. Your consultant will talk you through every cost involved in the project so that you are fully aware of what you are being charged for.
No excessive talking
Some salespeople will talk and talk and talk, and they often do so to throw you off the scent. While our consultants want to communicate the many benefits of our products and our business, they will listen to you and ask open-ended questions to help fully understand what you need. They take great pleasure in helping customers achieve their goals and they can only do that by letting you take the lead.
