Before the Project: Preparing & Organising
We need to physically assess your property and do an initial site survey in order to produce a quote and piece things together before we start.
Once your order is confirmed, the full survey will be conducted. Detailed measurements get recorded, we keep our eyes out for anything that might pose a challenge, and ensure that we’re confident of getting the installation completed without difficulty.
Should you need planning permission or building regulations approval, James Oliver will happily assist – it’s all part of the service.
During the Project: Anticipate Seamless Fitting
Our installers are a friendly bunch and will be courteous to you and your home for the duration of the project. Prior to getting the work underway, they will give your product a last look to check it’s fine to be fitted and outline the schedule to you.
Relevant safety measures are always followed intently so that no-one’s health is put at risk and a polite notice will be given to stop pets or young children from setting foot into the working zone.
The work may generate a bit of dust, but this won’t find its way on your surfaces as they will be protected with dust sheets, and cleaning the area can be left to us.
After the Project: Product Unveiling & Aftercare
As soon as the project’s conclusion has been reached, a walkthrough of the product is supplied, which gives you a chance to mention any adjustments you’d like made.
Upon sign-off, you’ll take receipt of the 10-year guarantee – download the free guide to looking after your product for maintenance advice.
Aftercare is spoken about in the guarantee, altering your attention to the fact that James Oliver remains available for product assistance whilst the guarantee is running.
