A LIFETIME OF REASSURANCE

You may never have bought new windows before and you may never do so again, which only goes to show just how much of an important thing it is. Don’t take any shortcuts and think it through carefully.

If you investigate other window companies, you will discover that some of them don’t provide a guarantee, or the guarantee they give out isn’t insurance backed. At James Oliver, you will receive a 10-year insurance backed guarantee (IBG) because we know that our windows are designed and manufactured to function and perform outstandingly for this length of time. We select our window materials and components specifically for their durability.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The guarantee we give out to customers is consistent with our Environmental Policy. We do our best to make sure our windows last a lifetime so that a customer doesn’t have to replace them as this stops the need for over consumption and the biggest effect of that, excess carbon emissions.

In an ideal world, you will only want to buy new windows once, and that’s very likely to be the case when they’re purchased from James Oliver. Our 10-year guarantee provides evidence of their quality and prolonged thermal abilities.
